Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If there are any delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you via email.
Shipping costs is a flat rate of $12 for all Australian Orders. Kristy offers a free delivery service if you are local to Adelaide, please contact her via email or 040 5521 808
Estimated delivery times:
Domestic Orders: 2-5 business days
International Orders: 7-14 business days (customs processing may cause delays)
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 5 hours for tracking updates to appear.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide! However, international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Customs clearance times vary; we are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier, Australian Post.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 2 days with photos, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue, with either a refund or a new product.
We do not normally accept returns. However, if you have an issue with your order, please reach out, and we’ll be happy to assist you in any way we can for the issue to be resolved.
